25 Churchill Place is a skyscraper in the eastern part of the London financial district Canary Wharf. Potential tenants included Aon, Deutsche Bank and News Corp. The building houses the European Medicines Agency from early 2014 and Ernst & Young from 2015. ==Planning== Canary Wharf Group applied to Tower Hamlets for planning permission to construct a 23 storey building at 25 Churchill Place, E14 in April 2008. Permission was granted in November 2008.〔 25 Churchill Place will be one of the most energy efficient office buildings in Canary Wharf. The Environmental features includes lifts that could store and reuse the energy elsewhere in the building.
